For large events — festivals, corporate conferences, weddings — we recommend booking 4–6 weeks out to ensure availability and allow time for pre-event planning and any airspace authorization that may be required. For smaller events, a week or two of lead time is usually sufficient.
Most outdoor venues are straightforward. Indoor venues and events near airports or controlled airspace may require advance FAA authorization, which we handle on our end. We'll flag any airspace considerations during the booking process.
For social media highlight cuts, we can deliver a 30–60 second edited clip the same evening as your event — typically within 3–4 hours of wrap. Full edited galleries and longer videos follow standard turnaround (24–48 hours for photos, 3–5 days for full video).
